Back in March, we told you about the Lenovo K3 Note, which features a unique looking round circle on its rear cover with the Lenovo logotype in the middle. The phone is about to undergo its pilot flash sale in India on July 8th, and thus far it has drawn over 500,000 registrations. The sale will take place at 3PM Indian time this coming Wednesday, and the phone is priced at the equivalent of $158 USD.

The Lenovo K3 Note is equipped with a 5.5-inch screen, carrying a 1080 x 1920 FHD resolution. The MediaTek MT-6752 SoC is under the hood, featuring an octa-core 1.7GHz CPU and the Mali-T760 MP2 GPU. 2GB of RAM is inside along with 16GB of internal storage. A 32GB microSD slot is available for those requiring additional memory. On back is a 13MP camera, and the front-facing 5MP snapper takes selfies and handles video chats. A 3000mAh battery keeps the lights on, and Android 5.0 is pre-installed. The handset supports 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS connectivity.

Unknown is the number of handsets that Lenovo will be selling, but we could have the results of the flash sale possibly as soon as Wednesday.
