A perfect sound track is a strong tool for perfect video. And in the case of free audio, remixing of track gives wings to your videos. YouTube has realized this fact and has added 150 free soundtrack to its audio library. It currently offers over 150,000 audio tracks in  its library that video makers can use as background music for their videos. However, these tracks can’t be remixed or used in more creative ways making them monotonous.

YouTube’s new addition to it’s library can be downloaded and edited in any way to use according to user’s requirement. YouTube also allows for any type of use of tracks within or outside the website.

Users can download the tracks as 320 kbps MP3 files and edit them or add them directly to videos.

“We searched far and wide for musicians to create tracks for us and ended up finding co-conspirators in multiple places: an acquaintance down in L.A., music houses across the country and a well-known music producer in Brooklyn,” YouTube wrote on its official blog. “And it turns out the latter produced albums for Phish and Sean Lennon.”

YouTube’s step towards liberalization has been appreciated by many and is seen as leap towards creativity.
